I had a heavy flu and I have the Ainsworth kit at home so I self prescribed and I took the remedy according to my symptoms but none of them worked. I then got in contact with Kate, she listened and went through a detailed consultation and told me to take Arnica which wasn't a remedy I would have thought of taking. It worked it's magic and I was feeling so much better after a few hours. There's been so many instances like this where I've self prescribed and it didn't work, then I'd contact Kate and she'd find the right remedy. I highly recommend Kate as with homeopathy when a remedy matches, it works like magic but you need a knowledgeable homeopath like Kate to guide you through it.
