Kate is currently helping my son (8 years old) to manage some aspects of his anxiety. I wasn't sure how forthcoming he would be in the consultation, but Kate was so wonderful with him that he spoke for ages describing how he felt, and built up trust with her so quickly. It's such a comfort to know that we are working with Kate to consider more natural remedies to help my son and to think about his holistic health. I would highly highly recommend Kate, we are lucky to be working with her.
